Terms of Use and Service

General

-ALL payments will be in EUROS;
-I do not accept crypto currencies;
-I will not begin working on a commission until advance payment is received. A payment plan can be discussed within reasonable limits;
-I reserve the right to decline any commission request;
-I will reject any commission that provides AI-generated references or prompts;
-All communication between myself and the commissioner will be via email or discord;
-All personal information will be kept private and confidential;
-I do not offer printing services.

Work in progress & modification requests

-Sketch stage : free of charge
-Lineart stage : 1 modification request free of charge ; +20€/modification thereafter
-Shading/coloring stage : not accepted. Color palette choices are to be discussed beforehand if necessary.

Refunds

-I will only offer refunds if I am unable to complete the commission
-Under no circumstances will I agree to refund a commission after payment or delivery is completed

Image rights and Usage

-I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio;
-I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified;
-The commissioner is NOT ALLOWED to claim my work as theirs;
-The commissioner DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT or feed it into any AI program;
-Under no circumstances may the commissioner use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s);
-The artwork is for the commissioner's personal use only and he will not modify it in any form.
